As many women nowadays suffer from the belittling stereotypes and sexist comments that females are weaker compared to males, women often feel resentful towards society and want to prove themselves worthy of masculine admiration also. Many women these days want to gain ripping abs and big muscular arms to show that they are no weaker than men. This is quite a common trait among women who always want to prove them great, if not greater. For the men though, it is not entirely very irritating that women are trying to steal their spotlight as muscular beings. Some men even find it very attractive and alluring. Many would even call it a beauty like the amazons. As it is usually a habit accepted by society, many women are working out not just for themselves but also to impress and woo the men they admire and cherish. Contrary to popular belief, many men would want to go out with big, firm, and muscular women. It gives men a kind of reassurance that they are dating someone strong enough to be with them. This trait, in retrospect, gives women the encouragement to be strong and sexy at the same time.

The thought that many women are wondering with regards to working out is if the workout would be the same as with men. At some point, it is almost as tiring and the routines are all the same. What makes the difference is the time and order of the exercises. Since the female anatomy has more fat than males, women should do more cardio routines to help burn the fats. Women should also start the routines one set at a time to avoid injuries and/or fatigue. Muscle girls who are trying the workout should always bear in mind that the male body is very different from the female body, so one should not try too hard just to prove to be as strong as a man. A woman, whose body is muscular enough, still has very prominent and proportionate curves, which are considered by many men to be sexy, which is why women should not overdo the workout or they will end up looking like she-hulk. Diet is also one of the most important considerations when dealing with bodybuilding. It is important not to starve the body, yet it is also important not to spoil it too much.

These days, when obesity and anorexia threaten and scare women to not make efforts to look sexy, it is very wise to work out a couple of times a week to be fit and muscular. Women find men sexy when they have ripping abs and such. It is also the same for men. Most men would not want to have skinny anorexic girls who have barely normal body mass index. Most men also would not want muscular girls who look like they have been weight lifting and yet remain so sexy. Women who would want sexy muscles must work hard, and the rest would be easy as pie.
