These days, women are often stereotyped as weaker than men in the community, which leads to many conflicts. Women around the world demand their rights to be respected as equals. It is now almost a trend for women to try to do the usual things that men do. Women now demand the rights and opportunities men do. They work manly jobs, they drink manly drinks, heck, and they even wear manly clothes. Although many women would resent it, some women even tried bodybuilding. Even though being girl muscle may seem unnatural to some women, these women think that they also have the strength to be as masculine as men. It is very common nowadays for bodybuilding to be a very productive pastime. Many women have already opted for the very hard and tiring routines of entering the gym for workouts. But despite the big muscles these women develop over time, they still show that deep inside they still have their feminine sides. Some men even find masculine women very hot and attractive. Some men might even prefer this type of women than the weak, dependent type who can not seem to lift a single chair without having a man to lift it for her. Many though, find it kind of scary and intimidating.

Though many women these days would want to try to be a little bit more muscular, many still are very confused on how being muscular works. Many women would ask if it would be the same amount, time, or quality of workout as for men. Many would ask if muscle-building for women would have more of a program than just arbitrary lifting of weights. Some would think that it is impossible to have almost as much muscles as men because the female body is designed to be less muscular than the male body, although it has been shown that many women have surpassed certain men in terms of muscular density. So, how does becoming a muscular female work? Does it involve so much strenuous workout? More about Muscular Females…
